On Tuesday, 25 August 2026, the cross-border project CULTIVINE was successfully presented at the 64th International Fair of Agriculture and Food AGRA in Gornja Radgona. The presentation was set up in a well-attended Exhibition Hall D.

The main focus of Tuesday’s presentation was on forming or rather expanding the project’s cross-border network for wine and cultural tourism. The initiative received a positive response, as several new members from among local stakeholders and tourism providers joined the emerging network.

The inclusion of new members represents an important step towards closer cross-border cooperation as it will serve as a key platform for cooperation in:

  • developing a joint cross-border thematic route,
  • creating sustainable wine and cultural events,
  • connecting local providers, institutions and experts,
  • exchanging knowledge and good practices and carrying out joint promotion,
  • strengthening the visibility of the region and cross-border cooperation.

With the inclusion of new members and a successful presentation at the fair, CULTIVINE has demonstrated that the shared Slovenian-Hungarian wine and cultural heritage offers excellent opportunities for the development of sustainable and distinctive year-round tourism.
