At the Island of Love in Ižakovci, on Saturday, 27 June at 2 p.m., next to the mill on the Mura River, the newly established Museum of Mills of Slovenia and Hungary will be officially presented to the public. It is a unique museum of its kind within the cross-border programme area of the Interreg Slovenia–Hungary Programme.
A professional event within the C4F-ELEVATE project will present practical digital tools and communication strategies that help craftspeople increase their online visibility, reach new customers and strengthen their presence in the digital environment.
On May 15 and 17, we organized a two-day event as part of the KeepItDark project, dedicated to the fascinating birds of the night! We listened for nightingales, ringed Eurasian blackcaps, and installed nest boxes for some of the most remarkable nocturnal birds, the owls.
In the project From Mill to Mill, the partnership reached 13 mills in Slovenia and Hungary, which are presented in a special monograph. At the event, a lead partner will announce a dispersed museum of mills in Slovenia and Hungary and prepare a conversation with the author of the monograph.
The 7th Monitoring Committee (MC) Meeting of the Interreg Programme Slovenia–Hungary 2021–2027 took place on 9–10 June 2026 in Banovci, Slovenia, bringing together representatives of the participating countries and programme bodies to review progress and make important decisions regarding the future development of cross-border cooperation in the Slovenian–Hungarian border region.
