EXPlore & EXPerience Castles: staging and integrating cultural heritage into innovative cross-border tourism experiences

For cultural heritage lovers, tourists, regional stakeholders, and heritage professionals
who need new and authentic ways to experience history while supporting sustainable tourism,
we develop the EXP Castles tourism product – a cross-border initiative that connects the historic castles of Vas County and Pomurje through a shared cultural, educational, and experiential network.
With our help, they can explore the hidden stories and forgotten ties between Slovenian and Hungarian castles, discover lesser-known rural destinations, and enjoy immersive experiences such as the Castle EXPlore and Castle EXPerience events – all while contributing to local economies and cultural preservation.
Our solution is better than traditional heritage tourism
because it transforms historical sites into living, interactive experiences, connects them across borders through a unified strategy and brand, and promotes a balanced, sustainable flow of visitors throughout the region.
