Guide to success

For students, young unemployed individuals (especially from vulnerable social groups), and educators in the SI-HU border region
who need stronger, tailored vocational and career guidance, greater motivation to complete education, and better links to the education system and the labour market,
we provide a cross-border initiative that modernises vocational and career guidance through training for teachers and counsellors, a research-based strategy, innovative group and individual activities for young people, and active involvement of employers and families.
With our help, students and young adults will receive tailored career guidance to prevent early school leaving, build relevant skills, and boost their employment and social inclusion.
Our solution is better than traditional, standardised approaches
because it is inclusive, practical, research-driven, and based on long-term cooperation that is directly tailored to the real needs, ensuring lasting results even after the project end.
