Skills and abilities in the centre of career orientation

For youth in Hungary and Slovenia facing career uncertainty and struggling to connect their skills with real labour market opportunities,
who needs clear, engaging, and future-focused vocational guidance that aligns with rapidly changing job market demands,
we started a cross-border initiative that focuses on the modernization of vocational education, tests the Talentcenter model, and study the legitimacy of a similar, establish-to-be centre in the Slovenian-Hungarian border region. We also create an action plan to improve how institutions communicate with youth, focusing on the digital, smart and inclusive tools.
With our help, they can now recognise their strengths, make informed career choices, and prepare for jobs in green and digital sectors, while local SMEs benefit from a more skilled and competitive workforce.
Our solution is better than traditional career orientation methods
because it is innovative, tailored to current labour market needs, rooted in cross-border collaboration, and designed with direct input from professionals and enterprises.
