We are thrilled to invite you to the \u201cFun Without Borders\u201d event, taking place at the picturesque Babi\u010d Mill in Ver\u017eej, Slovenia, on Saturday, 14th September 2024,<\/strong> as part of the Interreg Cooperation Day (IC Day) celebrations and EU project my project iniciative.\"\"<\/p>\n

Event Highlights<\/em>:<\/p>\n

On this exciting day you will have opertunity to get familiar with Interreg Programme Slovenia-Hungary, cofinanced project Mura raba tour, one of the finalists in the EU project my project initiative and several cross-border small-scale projects – Bridge Over Border, Mills \u2013 Our Mutual Value, Namizni Tenis Povezuje, Crafts4Future, and the Folk Music Show.<\/p>\n

What to Expect<\/em>:<\/p>\n

The day will kick off with welcoming speeches, presentation of cofinanced projects and a cultural program, setting the tone for a day filled with adventure and enjoyment.<\/p>\n

Mura River Adventures<\/strong>: Embark on a paddling trip along the Mura River, with a stop at the enchanting Island of Love. Alternatively, explore the lush forest around the mill on a guided hiking tour.<\/p>\n

Crafts & Games<\/strong>: If you prefer a more relaxed experience, join in on a variety of fun activities sponsored by our partner projects. Enjoy handicraft workshops, play a game of Bridge or table tennis, explore Babi\u010d mill and immerse yourself in the melodies of folk music.<\/p>\n

Lunch Break<\/strong>: Refuel with a delicious lunch before diving into the afternoon’s activities.<\/p>\n

Afternoon Adventures<\/strong>: After lunch, continue your exploration of the Mura River area by switching groups, ensuring everyone gets a full experience of all the adventures on offer.<\/p>\n

Networking & Local Culture<\/strong>: Conclude the day with a networking session, where you can connect with partners of cofinanced projects and other participants. Throughout the event, browse stands showcasing co-financed projects and local products.<\/p>\n

Practical Information<\/em>:<\/p>\n

Free Participation: Thanks to our generous organizers, participation in the event is free of charge. Complimentary bus transportation from Slovenia and Hungary will also be provided.<\/p>\n

Registration: As spaces are limited, we encourage you to register by 10th September 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Important Reminders: Participation is at your own risk. Please bring a valid ID (ID card or passport) if crossing the border. Remember, Slovenia\u2019s currency is the Euro (EUR). Dress appropriately for the outdoor activities.<\/p>\n
