To help project partners cooperating in the projects co-financed out of the Operational Programme Slovenia-Hungary 2007-2013 and in order to avoid unnecessarily prolonging of the ERDF reimbursement period, some useful recommendations to facilitate the pre-financing of projects have been prepared. For partners with limited financial liquidity (e.g. small businesses, associations, etc.) the pre-financing of the costs could pose a major financial burden and risk in case they were not aware of this fact at the time of the signing of the contract for co-financing. However, the potential financial burden and risks related to the reimbursement can be reduced by appropriate measures, taken both in the project planning stage and during the project implementation.<\/p>\n
