Already for the third time, the European Commission (DG REGIO) launched the photo competition Europe in My Region that aims to highlight the excellent work that projects across Europe are doing with the help of EU funding, and explore what these projects mean to local communities. To take part, all you have to do is upload photos of a project clearly showing the billboard or plaque or poster, with the EU flag somewhere in the picture, showing that it has received EU funding. Then share your photos for a chance to win 1.000 EUR to spend on digital camera equipment and a trip for two to Brussels in October 2014. The deadline for submitting your entry is 25 August 2014.
