On Monday, December 9, 2024, a workshop was held in Zalaegerszeg, Hungary, for potential applicants under the Open Call of standard projects within the Interreg Programme Slovenia-Hungary 2021–2027.
Funds are still available in Priorities 1 and 2 of the Interreg programme, and the programme is keen to receive high-quality, exciting, innovative, and creative applications that meet its expectations. Not only were the Interreg programme, the Open Call for Proposals, the application procedure, the eligibility rules and the communication requirements presented by the Managing Authority and the Joint Secretariat but special attention was given to the topic of the cultural heritage preservation-focused tourism developments under Priority 2. Irena Marš, Ministrstvo za kulturo and Miklós Eszenyi, Kulturális és Innovációs Minisztérium participated as well at the event and gave interesting and useful presentations in support of this effort.
The deadline for submitting applications is 22 January 2025 at noon (12:00).
