Cross-border celebration connects Slovenia and Hungary: successful Interreg Cooperation Day 2025

The Interreg Cooperation Day 2025, which celebrated the power of European cross-border cooperation for the fourteenth consecutive year, brought together hundreds of visitors from both countries.

The European Commission has published a new call for proposals under the BRIDGEforEU Regulation (EU 2025/925), adopted on 7 May 2025. The call, launched in mid-August, aims to establish Cross-Border Coordination Points to address legal and administrative barriers in border regions.

Two Networking Meetings to Strengthen Cross-Border Cooperation within the CULTIVINE Project

In February 2026, two important networking meetings were successfully organised within the framework of the CULTIVINE project. Mills represent an important cultural and technical heritage that has been using alternative energy sources and sustainability principles in its activities since before recent times. The project partners of the From Mill to Mill project have therefore prepared a series of activities in the frame of the project to add new programming and marketing content to the abandoned and disappearing mills, which will be interesting in the changing space of rural Europe.
