OPEN CALL FOR PROPOSALS
The programme will operate on the basis of the Open Call system. This means that project holders can submit project applications continuously after opening the Call, which is open until all programme funds are disbursed. Applications received in set deadline before each Monitoring Committee and fulfilling all requirements will be subject to Monitoring Committee decision.
