3rd Monitoring Committee Meeting
The third Monitoring Committee meeting took place on 5-6 December 2016 on Mariborsko Pohorje, Slovenia.
The members of the Monitoring Committee were informed about the update of the programme implementation 2007-2013 and 2014-2020, on promotion of the programme and were acquainted with Commission opinion on what result orientation means during the implementation.of the programme.
The members of the Monitoring Committee have agreed that one project can not be postponed twice, decided not to discuss the possibility on changing the selection procedure on this but on the next MC meeting, discussed the Final Implementation Report for the programming period 2007-2013 and approved the second version of the Technical Assistance (V2) document and the Annual Communication Plan for year 2017 in the frame of the CP Interreg V-A SI-HU. They also agreed that additionally to the decisions of the MC meetings also relevant materials will be published on the website of the Programme.
The members of the Monitoring Committee did not reached the decision on the projects meaning that they did not reached the consensus regarding the approval/postponement/rejection/put on the reserve list of the projects. The decision on the projects will be taken on next ad-hoc MC meeting which shall take place on 16 January 2017.
