2nd Monitoring Committee Meeting
The second Monitoring Committee meeting took place on 25-26 May 2016 in Keszthely, Hungary.
The members of the Monitoring Committee were informed about the update of the programme implementation 2007-2013 and 2014-2020, on promotion of programme and projects activities and on the contribution of the programme to the EU Strategy for the Danube Region (EUSDR) and the implementation of e-Cohesion within the programme.
The members of the Monitoring Committee decided not to change the selection procedures for the next submission deadline in the frame of the CP Interreg V-A SI-HU, discussed the Subsidy Contract and the Evaluation Plan for CP Interreg V-A SI-HU and approved the Annual Implementation Report 2014/2015, the Annual Communication Plan for year 2016 and the distribution of funds under each Technical Assistance projects of the CP Interreg V-A SI-HU.
Beside others the members of the Monitoring Committee rejected 35 administratively incompliant and ineligible project applications submitted in the frame of the 1st deadline of the CP Interreg V-A SI-HU and approved the project with acronym Green Exercise from 1st Priority Axis.
