7th Monitoring Committee Meeting
The seventh Monitoring Committee meeting took place on 12 November 2019 in Mala Nedelja, Slovenia.
The members of the Monitoring Committee were informed about implementation of the programme in period 2014-2010 and closure of programme 2007-2013, as well as the post-2020-related novelties and the situation with regard to irregularities and audits. Subsequently, members were informed of and confirmed the changes in the Rules of procedures of the Monitoring Committee and the document related to technical assistance projects. In continuation of the meeting they made decision on the projects submitted in the frame of the 5th submission deadline. They approved 3 projects, and rejected 8 projects.
They approved Annual communication plan for 2019, changes in the project in the implementation e-documenta Pannonica, they were informed with communication activates carried out on the programme and they set the date for the 6th submission deadline which will be on 18 June 2019 at 12.00 hours noon.
