Within the framework of the Open Call for Proposals of the Cooperation Program Interreg V-A Slovenia-Hungary for the period 2014-2020, a workshop for potential applicants in the frame of the 6th deadline was organized on 14 May 2019.
At the workshop held in Maribor, Slovenia the participants were briefly presented with a program and it’s requirements. The interactive part followed, where the participants were acquainted with the preparation of a quality project from the perspective of intervention logic, the most common mistakes were exposed, and above all the fact that it is necessary to focus on the preparation of a more focused project proposal. They were also able to participate in the presentation of the project by entering data into the program information system – eMS.
In the second part of the workshop, the Lead partners of the approved projects have shared their experience. In a relaxed discussion, they highlighted useful information in terms of how to get to the project’s success and confirmation, and in particular how to prepare the project in order to avoid subsequent problems in implementing it. The mistakes they made in the previous applications were also exposed and where they received professional help.
Our thoughts are partially focused also in the new financial perspective, for this reason the participants were acquainted with the basic information brought by the new financial period.
The workshop was attended by about 50 participants. Most of the participants participated in the workshops as a lead or project partner, and part of the participants attended such workshops for the first time.
