In the transitional period of both countries differences between regions are increasing.Space on both, SI and HUside has a network of development institutions(key institutions are PP),which would have to activate on occasions when the development programming is necessary,namely in preparation of local,regional and national strategies, especially in periods, when these are prepared bottom-up.Goal of project is the established strong cross-border network of development org., at the head of which are enhanced PP,which respond to challenges of the environment considering environmental needs and opportunities in it, it prepares suitable initiatives and suggestions for the regional development.Through project, organisation’s qualification for a strategic programming will be increased; as a result of workshops and meetings the capacity and build-up of institutional cooperation of involved PP and later involved org. in the cross-border strategic programming will be strengthen. Project will offer with protocol of established network of development org. and the agreement about web-based platform; through qualifications, meetings and business meetings,64 organisations will be included (16 from each PP region) from different sectors, with signed protocol and agreement it will connect organisations and most importantly,it will inform about current situation, so that they can respond appropriately and pass appropriate inputs.The programming area is rich with different sources; however, from programme developmental view, big part of these sources is not utilised. Maintenance and successful further development of this cross-border region with aim to retain active local population by including rural areas and with realisation of concrete actions has a lot of opportunities for effective and more successful development planning. Common interest is formation of sustainable cross-border network of development organisations that strengthen each other’s institutional cooperation.
