Within the framework of the workshop, the participants were briefly presented with a program and its requirements. The interactive part followed, where the participants were acquainted with the preparation of a quality project from the perspective of intervention logic, the most common mistakes were exposed, and above all the fact that it is necessary to focus on the preparation of a more focused project proposal. They were also able to participate in the presentation of the project by entering data into the program information system – eMS.
In the second part of the workshop, the Lead partners of the approved projects have shared their experience. In a relaxed discussion, they highlighted useful information in terms of how to get to the project’s success and confirmation, and in particular how to prepare the project in order to avoid subsequent problems in implementing it.
