Notice on the RETENTION PERIOD of the documentation of projects implemented under SI-HU OP 2007-2013

We hereby inform the Lead Partners of projects implemented under SI-HU OP 20007-2013 that as communicated to the program authorities on 27^th July 2019, the European Commission has set the official closing date of the Slovenia-Hungary Cross Border Cooperation Program 2007-2013, which is 16^th July 2019.

Pursuant to Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 (Article 90), the 3-year long retention period of all project-related documentation, including the access to and follow-up control of invoices shall commence from 16^th July 2019. Accordingly, we would like to draw your attention and strongly request that documentation of projects co-financed under SI-HU OP 2077-2013 be retained until 16^th July 2022.
